ABOUT

Investing with a Purpose!

Investing can be challenging; I’m here to lighten the load off your shoulders. I’m an honest and positive professional whose first priority is always the interests of my Partners; providing capability, adaptability, and scalability since 2016.  We have been investing in small busineses over the last decade and understand the difficulties and rewards it has to offer. The biggest hurdle people have to cross from working a 9-5 and becoming financially free is having the courage to go into business and leaving their "Job Security." But we are here so you don't have to leave your 9-5 and can still build your business on the side through us!

Invested Assets

Project 1 (17 Warren)

At F A M I, I do everything I can to make sure my partners receive the same care as any of my other investments. I will be putting all of my efforts and attention in on Building F A M I. Your benefit is that you get the same returns as I do but you don't have to give up any of your time in doing so.

Let me get right into it, 17 Warren was a house that had come onto the market by HUD for three years in a row. I researched in to the house's history as well as inquired with the Neighborhood Watch Leader. It had flooded due to the water pipes bursting three years in a row. We walked through the house and inspected it for repairs. We went over our budget by seven thousand dollars over the course of six months.

It ended well, we more than doubled our investment over the course of 3 years.

MH Foods

Marblehead foods was my second Learning curve, In it we over leveraged our position which gave us back our invested capital upon the signing of the deal. Great initial step from there on forward our ROI was infinite. It is a great way from a business point of view, but in the following years it made me realize the importance of applying mediocrity in all aspects, especially when it comes to Leveraging. It also taught me the importance of scalability in business moving forward. Increasing processes and systems in business, while decreasing direct labor.

The Investment of 60,000 dollars grew by six times in the course of two years, this is not hard. In business things don't always go according to plan. This is not the best case scenario. Following the original plan we were suppose to net 13 times the original investment. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were only able to earn as seen above.

To becoming Financially Free and getting on your way to join the F.I.R.E.

Zabia Inc

Next in our portfolio is The Gas Station, I found it for sale online it had been listed for quite a while, almost a year and they decreased the price from 500,000 to 400,000. The seller was not willing to show his tax returns, but looking at the numbers from the Veeder root, and my experience in the gas station industry I was able to calculate the expected Gross profit and the expected expenses. I negotiated the price lower and Sent a wire. Having the amount all up front in your account gives you a great edge over the competition.

Here is my next investment, this gas station is absentee run, This doesn't mean I never go to the station, I go there once or twice a month to pick up extra change and empty out the Air machine. I have automated 98% of the functions of this station. Deliveries are done and arranged by the Gasoline wholesaler who watches the price and actively monitors my tanks with a 4G plug-in device to ensure I am purchasing gas on the days that the prices are the lowest. Loomis is my Cash pick up company they place a machine in the station where the employees insert money and are unable to withdraw from it. It is verified by the daily report produced at the end of every shift to ensure no employees are stealing. This was a good investment for me personally. Going forward I will not be making any investments outside of the fund. You will have the best investment opportunities here in the Fahaam Fund Welcome to FAMI and start getting returns like these while staying 100% absentee!

Grow Your Vision

This is the 21st century, we are in an era of automation, where the importance of direct labor is decreasing and the application of processes is increasing. Capitalising on that I am in contact with multiple automation companies in separate segments to increase our profits and decrease our liabilities and responsibilities.  There are only 24 hours in a day, I am here to make sure you spend all 24 of those doing the things you love and enjoying, and not worrying about earning an income. Below are the next two ventures I'm partaking in. Our goal is to grow your 100,000 dollar invest meant to One Million Dollars over the course of 7 years. This is not hard to do, and as a company for us to reach a valuation of 1 billion dollars before going public.
